Meeting over 20
years ago in junior school, and completing the
remainder of their school days together, this
charismatic duo reunited a few years ago through
their love of music, much to the delight of house
music fans who would hear their diverse styles soon
afterwards. Known for dropping the latest hot tracks,
as well as many gems from days past, These Weekend
Warmup and poundhouse.ca residents have also gained
the reputation of playing an ecclectic blend of jazz,
Brazilian, rare groove, disco and Afro-Latin rythms
for an overall characteristic sound. Playing
alongside such acts as jojoflores, Trevor Walker, and
The Rurals, Jason and Paul have also held residencies
at some of Toronto's premiere lounges and clubs such
as Fez Batik, Gypsy Co-op, and Turbo, and can
currently be heard at Liquids Lounge. 'Paul
